After a successful career in corporate leadership, Desirae transitioned into the financial services industry because she saw an opportunity to help others while also allowing her to have the flexibility to be fully present with her family. Her competitive spirit, shaped by years of playing sports up to the collegiate level, drives her passion for excellence. But beyond that drive, her ‘why’ is deeply personal: after losing her father at 50, Desirae is determined to ensure her clients never feel unprepared.
